Kerwin Mast is the owner of Mast Roofing & Construction, Inc. He was born and raised in the Oley Valley and being the son of a farmer, he knows full well what hard work looks like. As a boy, he helped around the farm and worked for neighboring farmers. After high school, he went to Penn State and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. His remarkable work ethic and attention to detail make him well-suited to be a business owner. He supports the company with his extensive industry knowledge and leads the way for our team. She grew up in a military family – born in North Carolina, but lived all over the East Coast in her early years. Shane has been with us at Mast Roofing & Construction for a number of years – at first on and off between semesters at school, and then full-time in 2012 as one of our Roofing Foremen. He is responsible for making sure your roof is installed exactly how you want it, from tear-off to clean-up. Shane graduated from Conestoga Christian School and went on to earn his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Geneva College.
