Kerwin Mast

Kerwin Mast is the owner of Mast Roofing & Construction, Inc. He was born and raised in the Oley Valley and being the son of a farmer, he knows full well what hard work looks like. As a boy, he helped around the farm and worked for neighboring farmers. After high school, he went to Penn State and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. His remarkable work ethic and attention to detail make him well-suited to be a business owner. He supports the company with his extensive industry knowledge and leads the way for our team. He enjoys flying, volleyball, hunting, and bee-keeping. He and his wife, Corrie, live in Berks County and have three children.

Corrie Mast

Over the years, Corrie has worn many hats at Mast Roofing & Construction, which is often the case for the wife of the owner! For the first seven years, she was the only one in the office, but as the company – and their family – grew, many of her responsibilities were delegated and she now works at Mast part-time. She enjoys cooking, hiking, water-skiing, target shooting and spending time with family.

Kirk Cresto

Kirk Cresto brings more than three decades of leadership experience across construction, insurance, banking, infrastructure, and high-growth organizations. Born in Pittsburgh and raised in Southern Nevada, Kirk graduated from Clark High School before serving in the U.S. Army as a Combat Medic and Operating Room Technician. He later earned an MBA from The Ohio State University and holds advanced certifications in enterprise risk management.

Throughout his career, Kirk has led complex organizations through transformation, crisis response, and large-scale operational growth, including Fortune 500 and EPC projects. He is known for building resilient systems, developing high-performing teams, and leading with purpose and integrity.

Outside of work, Kirk is an avid runner, cyclist, and golfer who has completed more than 100 races, including Ironman and ultra-marathon events. He enjoys mentoring others, traveling with his wife, and spending time with his children and grandchildren. Kirk believes strongly in legacy leadership—empowering people to achieve their potential while delivering measurable value to those he serves.

Tyler Heist

Tyler can best be described as a “wonder-wizard” of all things technological! Working with automating processes to make the company run smoothly, and giving a helping hand with all of the IT equipment, as well as ensuring the client experience is satisfactory– Tyler gives his all in making sure Mast is up to snuff! Tyler holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, with a concentration in Software Engineering from Southern New Hampshire University. His hobbies include hiking, reading, and, of course… programming! He also has a special passion for Cybersecurity Technologies!

William Beck

Will Beck serves as Production Manager, bringing more than 14 years of experience in the residential construction industry. He began his career as a laborer, gaining hands-on experience in all phases of construction before advancing to become a self-employed carpenter. Will has also led significant operational growth, including managing a branch of a large roofing company.

Originally from South Florida, Will attended a college preparatory boarding school in North Carolina. He is known for his strong work ethic, practical field knowledge, and ability to lead teams through growth and production challenges. Outside of work, Will enjoys coaching basketball, studying topics of interest such as science and history, and spending time with his wife, two children, and pets. He also speaks French and is conversational in Spanish.

Smeldy Escoboza

Smeldy grew up in the Kendall/Hammocks area of Miami, Florida, and graduated from Felix Varela Senior High School. As a Client Care Representative, she enjoys helping people feel heard and making sure their concerns are handled quickly and professionally. Her strong organizational skills and positive attitude help create a smooth and welcoming experience for every client she speaks with.

When she's not at work, Smeldy enjoys spending time with family, meeting new people, and exploring new places. She takes pride in helping clients feel comfortable from the very first conversation and is committed to making sure they have a great experience every step of the way.
